Gold 'N' Kiwi Liquor

I hope to make this an interesting page of things to see and do in Otorohanga and in the wider community of the King Country and the Waikato and New Zealand. We have interests in Liquor, tourism and history. I am happy to source any information requested lol, within reason.

Is a bit like an under construction webpage, it is just waiting to be developed as the centre it has the potential to be. It has long been a service centre for farming, but it is perfectly located on the intersection of SH 3 coming from Hamilton and SH 31 coming from Auckland. We are on the way to the ski fields of the central North Island and you pass through us to go south through New Plymouth. Poised to be a tourism and industry hub, we are technically the closest town to the world famous Waitomo Caves and we are home to the first Kiwihouse and walk through aviary in NZ. Step back to a simpler time by visiting the black sands of Kawhia and wonder at its Maori and European history. Come and visit us and we will try and be more than just a liquor store. We even speak English .
